Bond No. 9's Hamptons Eau de Parfum (unisex) - Rahme has in her infinite wisdom included in her lineup a tribute to The Hamptons, since it is, after all, "New York's Outermost Neighborhood" and is inhabited during summer months by hordes of Gotham denizens. It goes without saying that the beach and the ocean are the primary lure, but there's something else: the place smells like heaven. Think salty sea meets fresh-cut grass and open meadows and potato fields. So when you can't get there yourself you need only spritz on this New York-centric elixir---and use your imagination.

A winner right out of the gate with an opening of lime blossom, bigarade oil (from the bitter-orange flower), bergamot, and bracing armoise oil, with overtones of cedar and sage. This greenest of green openings segues with conviction into the most luscious floral blend imaginable: magnolia, white jasmine and Turkish rose. And the drydown is just as dazzling: amber, sandalwood and cashmere musk - enabling Hamptons to linger on your skin like the creamy mist that hovers on the horizon from dusk 'til dawn.

Presented in Bond's signature and already instantly recognizable star-shaped bottle of heavy glass (in this case a cleverly tinted ocean blue), dotted with Bond's signature subway token front and center--- here in a handy and quite manageable 50 ml. size, nestled inside their strikingly staggering gift box of gold and white. A legend in the making.

50ml atomizer.
