Diptyque's L'Art du Soin (The Art of Body Care) - Revitalizing Hair & Body Wash (Gelee Lactee) - In the ancient city of Aleppo, in Northern Syria, the junction between the trade routes to the most precious raw materials, is where the original art of body care was born.
Reminiscent of the very first hard-milled soap, this Creamy Body Wash shares its invigorating scent and two quintessential ingredients: olive and bay laurel.
On the distinguished accord of aromatic bay laurel, the surprising, tonic freshness of the olive flower shines through, unveiling a verdant oasis. Smooth, light, invigorating, Aromas of Bay Laurel and Olive trees, reminiscent of the original soap. This creamy body wash revives the pleasure of bathing, invented in ancient Aleppo. A dab is enough to gently clenase the skin and give it a satiny feel.
The formula: Olive Oil (extra virgin, organic) is naturally rich in vitamins A,B,C and E, as well as fatty acids, it nourishes and repairs the skin, leaving it soft and supple. Glycerin preserves the skin's moisture. Vitamin E acetate gives the skin long-term protection, thanks to its antioxidant properties. Its Fragrance - A suprising harmony of sparkling Lemon prolonged by energizing accents of Rosemary and aromatic Bay Laurel notes.
The bottom line - this body wash/shower gel has the consistency of liquid velvet (which is a pretty darned nice consistency). It leaves your skin glowing and supple and so silky that you'll slide right into your clothes (or between the sheets). What more could you ask for?
