At long last and fiiiiinnnnally...Piguet has made available, once again, its killer candle in the FRACAS fragrance. Sometimes dreams do come true!!
This is a re-release of a candle that took the world (the perfume world, the candle world, the fashion world, the foodie world...) by storm a couple of years ago...it's now back and we can't get enough of it. As you may well imagine.
Fracas Eau de Parfum, launched in 1948 by couturier Robert Piguet and arguably his masterpiece, Fracas is a consummate tuberose fragrance (with hints of orange blossom and pink geranium) that has retained and even expanded upon its appeal through the years---quite the feat for a 60-year-old. It's a highly evocative scent of unparalleled sensuality and provocative sweetness - and quite often mistakenly referred to as "the best gardenia around" (though whether or not that flower is to be found in the formulation is open to debate). Presented here in the ridiculously sumptuous Eau de Parfum, in 2 sizes (simply select from the drop-down box).
Top notes: bergamot, orange blossom, leafy green essence, peach blossom, pink geranium Heart notes: tuberose, jasmine, lily of the valley, white iris, carnation Base notes: sandalwood, musk oakmoss, vetiver, cedar
20 gr. votive candle, presented in the iconic black FRACAS packaging with pink/black label affixed to front. The scent is the stellar one we all know and adore...the burn is even and squeaky clean, and the throw is divine. See (and sniff) for yourself!
