These candles are presented in L'Artisan's quite classy signature glass jar with gold logo emblazoned, nestled inside the classic L'Artisan black box. Each has a burn time of approx. 70+ hrs; however keep in mind that the suggested burn time is a bit misleading with these candles, as burning just one for 20 minutes will perfume a massive area...and we must mention that L'Artisan has managed to manufacture a candle that perfumes massive areas while maintaining the cleanest, most even burn we've found. L'Ambre - The mystery and beauty of exotic bazaars are captured splendidly in this perfect candle. Amber, musk, vanilla, orange, nutmeg, exotic spices - comforting and exotic and elegant - think L'Artisan's sublime Ambre Extreme with a flickering wick. The ONLY amber candle we've encountered that we'd have no compunction burning in the sweltering heat. It is that fine. Quite heady and just as sexy as a candle could be; we can think of no more perfect thing to burn if a seduction (of any sort) is in the offing. One of our very favorite ways to say goodbye to summer - or hello to an ersatz winter in mid-October when we're sorely in need of something lush and fuzzy and have had quite enough of honeysuckle and lemon... 175 gr.
