An exceptionally clean and fresh but also quite sophisticated scent of tomato---without the "e"---(the whole plant - leaves, stems, fruit, the dirt from which it sprouted). Unusually splendid, of course, as are all things Tocca - this tomato is pulpy and sharp and green and very sunny-Saturday-afternoon-in-August - and it has the added benefit of instilling in the discerning sniffer a whopping desire for a very large bowl of spaghetti. We need hardly mention that burning this treasure in the kitchen is a heck of a good idea; however we find that lighting one up in the office at 3 AM is at times the only thing that prevents our hurling beloved laptop from roof.
